We were told to graduate legacy members so we did. We were told our rosters would be filled back up because RS was enrolling like gangbusters. This is week 3 of low roster with many UTCs like NEVER B4. Does anyone else have the feeling we are going to be told layoffs coming etc,?

What low rosters? Mine is constantly full and often even over capacity by a few. The minute one drops off, another is added.
I agree there are a lot more UTCs lately. And new members that don’t really need any thing, not like our poor legacy members did.

There was an email sent today saying they are redesigning the program. Whatever that means.
I’m a RS and we were told less than a month ago we needed to enroll more LTIH because we were behind then suddenly last week we were told to no longer complete the MDAT with there members then yesterday there were no LTIH to enroll we were told we made the quota .
It seems like after the town hall yesterday that HAH will be restructured....the focus will be in home with technology and the KAH workforce, but HAH may be RIFd to only more remote areas? Keep an eye on job postings, that will show you the direction the company is going, by what they need to fill
Posters are correct. We let go a huge hired on class before their 90 days.

Yes two years ago they hired like 40 HCM’s then they were let go. Some before they finished the three month probationary
Not trying to be negative nelly here, but they have hired in the past and laid off people 3 months later. You never know with Humana......so unpredictable.
Prob not if the are hiring HCM RNs.
