It's a long time coming. I've given Lowe's ample time to make good and then fail Everytime.
I'm a landscaper. I own the business. I have three crews that cover and area of 4 Lowe's stores.
A year ago, I decided to open a LAR account and I was immediately approved for a 30k limit. My crews were added and given cards to use at 4 different Lowe's.
We had nothing but problems! Botched deliveries with ample time and planned a week or more in advance. This XPO system they have is terrible. They did away with Sunday deliveries and can't even give a time frame. I can't tell you how many times I ordered stock items like mulch, block, dirt, etc to have delivered 7, 10, or 14 days out and they never come, and many times they are a no show at all with my crews waiting!
All we get are lies when we have to waste our time and go to the stores or call. I've had to be on personal basis with four store managers who at times did help the situation, but by then it was too late.
I lose time and money with Lowe's. Period!
I was told there would be a dedicated loader, yet it takes us hours to get our merchandise Everytime we go there. No one answers phones, there is zero service.
I've left, and all my contractor friends have too. We simply lose money with Lowe's and we lose customers. I pay a little more using lumber yards and other yards for supplies but they are reliable and therefore more efficient and optimal.
I've called corporate too many times to count and they are liars, and utterly useless. Empty promises and no changes for the better.
I've sent in complaints, then some young phone operator calls to tell me they value my business. It's clear they don't.
Lowe's is not a professional outfit, and no contractor worth anything would ever use them for any length of time.
I write this after a year of trying to work with Lowe's and get them to do their job! They can't, plain and simple. Your business is broken. Starting at the top.
You clearly do not want, not care that I've spent 68 k this year already or else you would have done something.
Bye bye Lowe's. Forever.
Sincerely,
A professional business that refuses incompetence.
