Is GWP going to affect the frontend? Cashiers..cart pushers and etc. Or is it just in departments?

Is claims going to be a team lead position and also is all the department managers going to that too and is it true that if you don’t take the position or don’t qualify you lose your job you can’t transfer to another department
Our store is a $120 million supercenter. We have one FE coach and one Lead. Nothing more.
Our front end only had 1 coach and 1 tl position open.
Recently interviewed for Coach FE. CSM's apply for Team Leads. You'll have Team Leads for the following areas: Maintenance, Customer service, money center, & frontend over cashiers. TL's come with a higher pay rate, so naturally they will have more responsibility ($18 an hour starting). Academy Trainers will be in those areas as well (think DM pay..different responsibilities). Some stores are getting the FE Coach others are getting Fresh Coach; the two biggest customer experience driven areas. Eventually more Coach positions will roll out. Currently the Coach position is positioned to absord a little of the ASM role as well as Co-Manager role.
How many coaches and BL per store for each volume?
Will the FE Coach position be salaried? It sounds like the FE Team Lead position is like the former Head CSM or ZMS we used to have. What will the remaining CSMs job title be called?
GWP is now on the WIRE. Week 37 is correct for Fresh and FE.
Two stores in each market will be doing fresh or front end GWP. ASM will be turn into “coach” and CSM will be replaced or add a roll called team leads. Hours will be lost in CSM roll to make room for Team lead. I don’t have any info on fresh changes as to my store is doing front end.
What change is coming to fresh?
Do you know what will change at the frontend?
It's coming to Fresh and Frontend chain wide by Week 37.
