Does anybody REALLY think it’s a problem with Workday? It’s probably HO’s attempt to get more people to quit. Work them so short handed so they’ll quit. I don’t trust anything they say or do. Doesn’t make any sense. Its been going on for well over 6 weeks. Are they really so stupid that they can’t resolve this .. I think not.

Workday is a total disaster , our Sam's is 30 plus short. They are losing the good employees due to 60 hour work weeks. A manage will hire someone, but Workday can't get the deal done.
No, it's all about cutting payroll to the bare bones and to see how much actually can get done with way less associates. The Workday excuse is just a ploy. I do not buy it because in our Club they're STILL not hiring!
Workday is actually the problem. I thought it was home office, but a lot of retailers on this system are facing the same issues. However, Sams shot themselves in the foot with the scheduling changes AND not being able to hire correctly at the same time. We always find the most special way of making it worse. But yeah, a lot of retailers are on this system and there's a lot of problems with it. Target, Meijer, Lowes, just to name a few.
Workday is how the hiring is done now. I thought everybody knew that.. geez where have you been if you don’t know what that is. They claim people are hired and because of some “glitch “
They can’t get them beyond a certain step in workday. I call bull...s this is a fact
What's Dif about the poster ?
How many hourlies know what Workday is or does for that matter?
The same for salaried and look at the new Open Door Policy poster? Notice anything different about it?
