For so long time there was feedback that it is a bad idea to have a separate org for QAs/Testers. In some places it was even fixed - by merging devs and QAs into one org. But now - another split for the TPMs?
Are the leaders deaf?
Or - looking at one of the former ones (luckily):
"Your feedback is really welcome, please give it to me - but it won't change my decisions..."
Now it will mean another source of priorities for the dev teams.
Who required a new post so much that it was done at the expense of the company's success...
Long term it will probably result in easier TPM layoffs and serious pain for the teams that have a higher TPM/team ratio.
Logic... it will be a hard time for you in Sabre...
