I would eliminate jobs that have to pay benefits such as create temporary jobs. I would cut out top heavy management who make 6 figures and combine jobs with those that are left. I would outsource departments like IT and Employee assist so I could save money. I would cut benefits to the insured. Paying states like KY and CA 52 million in a fine is cheaper than paying out any other way. I would present this nice package to another company showing my savings cost, stuff my pockets and retire on a Caribbean island. Hey, maybe Epstein's will be for sale. Hmm.....

You are not thinking like a CEO. A CEO would make everything seem glorious and try to sell it to a company like.... maybe Aetna. The plan is Humana CEO gets rich for his cut and the Aetna CEO could get rich by laying people off and making 'synergies work.... Go back to school, come back when you're ready.
