If you're in the inner circle management will do whatever they can to keep you. If not watch your back because they are playing games with your livelihood. Never trust anyone and always keep notes on who what why. You may need to contact ethics hotline when they try to oust you for someone in their circle. Home office knows the managers are relying on their sidekicks to do their job. That's why they are eliminating ALL office jobs. Trust me I see it every day. Home office, office jobs still exist. They are just coded in other areas and are still in the offices doing the managers jobs.
Please eliminate me before the holidays!

Club managers are taking the fifth on the NEW Acosta marketing reps in St Louis clubs. There is one salaried rep assigned per club to generate new sales for the club.
Ive heard the cap will be $50,000 with base and commission. If you want to call it that instead of bonus. There will be goals to meet per quarter i believe but I'll bet if you miss it by 1 you will bet no bonus and probably won't have a job long. Also when will it roll out company wide. Shhhhh. Its a secret.
3 weeks ago I was pulled to mngr office and told I was getting a pay increase with all other TL's. It didnt show up on my check so I asked where my raise was. Yesterday I was called in to be informed that their was a MISCOMMUNICATION and the raise did not apply to me.
