Six years is enough to have seen the negative change

I've only been with the company for about 6 years now, so I didn't see the "good days" that older employees talk about. But even in that time I've seen how much worse it has gotten.

There was a point where I could say I enjoyed my job. I was even excited for every bonus knowing it was hard earned while I was learning and growing.

Now I go through the motions. It's just a job on the best of days. Each bonus I get I don't feel great because I'm reminded of all the hell I had to go through to get it.

As soon as I'm where I need to be, I'm out. Or we go the way of Keebler. Whichever comes first. At this point, I'm ambivalent.

Sadly, what @103fA4Qf-1vpd said is true. Things have changed a lot, and never for the better.

Six years? You could experience the toxic environment in six days! I’ve had merchandisers quit in less! Said they should have paid attention to the reviews on indeed and Glassdoor. Warnings were all there!!!

Working at Mondelez is the most toxic environment I’ve ever been a part of! Gross! Didn’t use to be this way. Can’t wait for it to end, till then......I just don’t care!

It’s disgusting how management treats people. In today’s world companies pride themselves on how employees feel about the work environment. HR sends out surveys but I bet they never read them! I’ve always been honest as well as my coworkers. It’s like a revolving door of employees and the only reason the older employees stick around is because most of them don’t have college degrees and we’re grandfathered in. They would have a hard time finding work that paid the same so they s— it up but hate it!! Sad sad sad!! They in turn make merchandisers miserable! It’s a horrible culture that continues to get worse. Can’t e d soon enough!
