Must have been just a few. Mine never changed. Have we seen them roll out changes and not have issues for months afterwards? I think we are reading into some of this way too much. Do I think my job code is going away, YES. Do I think it is going to be this year most likely. I hope sooner rather than later. I so tired of management thinking that the desk is my responsibility when they are not meeting goal, or when they get overwhelmed. Then have the nerve to get on me about business development numbers and sif. I enjoyed it for so many years because I was helping my members and other associates. Then HO started to slack on information needed to maintain both areas. We are lucky if we have the ability to any offers two weeks out. Trying to set appointments is harder without all the information.
They are dropping the ball on their profits because "business is no longer the focus" it is those individuals $35,000 to $55,000. Ummm why, they chased their tail
with blinders on tryingg to catch up to Costco and let Amazon pass them up. So after chasing Amazon for a short while they just lay down and let Amazon have Business traffic.

Was announced market 31 the position will be one person and salary. Lucky for my club the advantage coordinators last day is Thursday so the other ones a shoe in...no mention of salary but only mentioned commission.
Lol! What a joke this company has become.
