So what will the coverage/triage team when HH IVR and PERS is gone? Surely everyone saw the email.

It’s not 24 seven though. And you have to be in the Humana at home program to have access to the triage nurses
Actually the 24/7 nurse line does the same job as the coverage/ triage team! Probably saves them money to eliminate the 24/7 line ! Triage team will probably take that over!
Triage team is a very well seasoned team with a great coach who breaths Humana! If given the opportunity she makes things work so although not ideal the triage team will succeed. Those nurses on that team are over worked but have been with Humana so long they get it done!
What will happen to the nurses?
this company is swirling the drain.. execs pockets bulging.. now to get rid of the rest of us who don't count as well as the customer.
