How is your little petition drive? Are you up to ten signatures? I'm dying to know. Even if you ingrates could sc-ape together 50 signatures you would have accomplished nothing.
The Board, which is under my control, is handsomely compensated and sees no reason for change. I will reign over you for five more years then pass the reins to my magnificent son. Or I will end the custom of retiring at 65 and stay as long as I please. It's good to be king.
State Farm has gone from the the best large carrier for home and Auto to maybe the worst. The reason they are to continue as an entity is because of past employees and management. The present management structure couldn't operate even a small pig farm outside of Bloomington.

So you're saying a petition should cost someone their job? Also, with a 65% turnover at the AOC, I have to disagree on "he's doing a great job". Turnover has never been this high in the history of the company.
