Tire Technicians in Walmart Inc are the most underpaid in the country by DOLLARS an hour. My club specifically pushes over 1 million dollars a year out of our tire department. 2 man crews on 2 shifts. Rarely no mid shifts and absolutely no management backing us. We make calls that managers should make, but theres not a manager in my building that knows anything about tires or batteries. We deal with 100% of the member issues if there is one. We deal with literally everything as a normal tire tech. We dont have a desk associate, so we are doing paperwork, tire orders ect on top of doing 15-20 cars a day. Frankly, I'm sick of dealing with this company and how they treat their people and most importantly, how they pay their people to keep their business running. I could go on and on and on.

That's Walmart and Sam's in general. So many departments that are underpaid. What a swell company eh?
And it isnt the principle of "just swapping tires and batteries". Its the fact that 1 department pushes over 1 million in sales and gets paid less than any other tire tech in the country.
Come to my club and let me see you do it
