I am hearing about job cuts and things afoot in Shell Nigeria. NLNG and SPDC are established companies but Naira devaluation and geopolitical issues have taken their toll. Changes are imminent. Any news from anyone.

Heard that in the past once you reached 3 years at Shell, out of university, they would give you a pay bump? Is that still the case now?

Any news on any upcoming Shell layoffs? With recession looming in Europe and America, hard to see how we will escape layoffs.

Noticed you are done "spending" the money you got for the Permian and share price has barely budged. So that was money well spend right ? I think you need to fully reinstate the pre covid dividend ....

When I started working here, I felt privileged to have the opportunity to work and learn from some of the greatest experts in their field. Now I wonder if Shell is doing anything to retain the talent here?

Any Shell comment ? Surely good reason to reiterate support for employee rights on reproductive care and explore plans to move out of the state of Texas in the long run . Not an OIl and Gas company anyways anymore .....
