Than why in Schenectady we are so busy and barely have enough man power to complete next years orders? I do not think the CEO knows about how busy we are. I’m confused.

We all believe more cuts are coming. Most of us aren't going to get baited by random posts about impending layoffs.
You will work your a-- off until they close the doors. I have lived it several times now. It just comes down to when do they cut their loses and make major changes like closing major factories. Power Conversion is one business Culp specifically is wondering how long do we let this s--- us dry??

I believe it and I looked it up. So be naive and ignorant to the fact that more cuts are coming. Be blind to the facts and be caught out in the cold.
I'm not going to do the work to Wade through the trolls. If it looks like fake news, if it smells like fake news, if it walks like fake news then it's fake news.
The op was asked to give a link but was too lazy to do it. Fake enough news.
For the folks that said it is fake news.... Take time to listen to the latest Electrical Products Group Conference. Our beloved leader spoke there and he clearly said :
38:08
"We are down a thousand heads in power just this year, OK. We are not done"
To be fair, I don't know if he meant "we are not done with the head cutting" or "we are not done with the cost out"
You can listen the recording here:

"CEO Has Stated yesterday" turns into "Figure it out".
Knew it. Fake news....
@Zc0eq8E-1ail, no link required! Figure it out. Layoffs in Power in proportion to reduction orders! We aren't close to that number yet. Let my stock price recover!
d rates are starting to makeup for all that over pay they've been getting. you were getting paid twice what your performance was worth for years. now you'll get worked twice as hard or you can be shown the door.
Link? Doubt it.
If your location is busy, you have nothing to worry. However, I know plenty of sites in power where employees have next to nothing to do.
GE always stockpiles in a contract year, been doing it forever, and the fact that the union hall baited their members into job code consolidation means (In GE’s mind), that they don’t need more people. They will just shift people around to suit the situation. I think you’re going to see “lean” in a whole new light by the time Culp gets the company in the shape it should be in. Just my two cents....
Power has presence multiple places and out side the country.
