Is it true that xerox techs make much more than xbs/gis techs? If so is the playing field going to be leveled for xbs/gis techs to have comparable salaries? I’ve heard rumors of small 2% raises for xerox techs across the board, followed by a 3% raise at end of year if you have good numbers. It seems like at the cores the managers either don’t know or won’t say what’s going to happen with xbs/gis techs.

oops the is a 5% bonus plan not 50%
I understood it to be a 50% bonus plan based on 4 matrix company wide. This year we are to get 2%, no merit raise (anymore) this year. And the balance of up to 3% next year IF the 4 matrix are meet. we may get 0 bonus in 2020 and no merit increase. That is how I understood it.
I may be wrong I am not "IN THE KNOW"
the thrashings will continue until morale improves!
XBS techs are tracked on pages between calls, many of the cores have bonus programs based on that metric.
@1kcm xbs is held at similar standards. Machines need to go a certain amount of clicks between calls for to not be a recall. They would like us to keep our rescheduled calls below 10%. We are kept to pretty high standards as well as xerox techs.
As for fake news guy...gotta love the guy that’s “in the know”. Clearly you’re not.
Yes
Yes, we make more. We also drive company cars. We are also held to reliability standards
(mean pages between service calls) that XBS does not track. Hopefully pay and service standards will be standardized.
The 2% bonus in July is only if you haven't already gotten a raise yet this year
No more pay raises...instead they are giving a 2% bonus to everyone in July and then a 3% bonus in 2020 if the company is doing well..
Fake news. No raises at all. I'm in the know
