In true Wells form, they are stripping some of the best managers of staff and keeping others who are ineffectual and/or unethical/corrupt.
This June will be another demoralizing turn for team members, as staff is cut and managers and staff have their careers with the co. cut short or roadblocked.
We've had discussions with managers and understandably many are upset (some would prefer being laid off vs. humiliated by the shift from manager to individual contributor).
So much for being loyal and sticking with Wells through the tough times. You only get shafted.
This is yet another wake-up call for many.
(Before you blast me for my part in this, I am sick about having to do this to good people and am looking to leave or retire.)
