I read these posts and get that people are slowly accepting the consequences of restructuring. My frustration is not the restructuring. I am beyond angry that these so called leaders mislead me for over 4 years knowing full well that the strategy was to put everyone on the street. My crime was an unwaivering loyalty to the company. Ever education request was denied. The “Speak Up” option was completely useless. If I applied for another position there was always some BS buddy-buddy s—t happening and feedback was that the position was already slated for someone. The response for almost everything was no budget money. Yet my job is now being done by someone who can barely write English. Seriously ! We have all been played by this leadership team. Intentionally letting employees careers rot while they kept the faith in Pepsi is disgusting ! The most prominent skill I developed in the past four years was correcting grammer.

Sorry, disagree. Money or the promise of job security does not excuse the disgusting behaviour of abuse, deception or discrimination in any form. PepsiCo leadership knew their employees would be terminated. They knowingly let them stagnate, they mislead them and significantly abused their working loyalty with the promise of long term security. PeosiCo openly preached integrity, honestly and fairness while leadership themselves were the worst culprits. Is it really any different than recent impurities brought to light in the Catholic Church? This is disgusting in any form and will tarnish the reputation of PepsiCo for many years to come. It is only a matter of time before this deception becomes public !!!!
when asked directly to management more or less the same commentary , the reply was : but we have paid you a salary during all these years
