It is illegal to prevent sharing of salaries so no worries there. You can round numbers so things cannot be traced to your exact amount.

I’ve always wondered how there could be some people way below the midpoint in the salary band while others could be way ahead and have less years in. Especially when they tell you they can only bump you up a few percent each year.
Well I made $29,000,000.00 last year. And all I had to do was drive my company even deeper into debt with foolish acquisitions and lay off a sh---ton of my workers!

Just go to Career Intelligence it tells you the salary band and salary range for each position. Just type in the employee title...….It can't tell you exact but it does give the range.....
