Pretty sure the differing outcomes in Egypt and Pakistan heavily drove this.

The current abrogation of every existing agreement by the US hardly helps, especially a country that wants to/ needs to use Iranian gas.

Additionally who will own GE Power in 5 years and what sort of company will that be? If you are buying infrastructure assets then that sort of uncertainty is unhelpful as a customer.
