If so many people saw this mystery document, how come no one has listed the cores affected or any other details. This could be HCL or management just trying to stir the pot and get people to jump ship so there is less to pay.

If they think because cores were in the same region that we had same processes then they have no clue. Do they not realize all the special billings we do, i manage so many "special" customers that i have sheets of notes, it's so crazy, you can't automate special stuff and do they even know how to use Eautomate? Do they realize and know all the tax situations and that not all cores can tax maintenance in all states? will there be every core in one database because that would be impossible!

I will admit to seeing it. It Described when some cores would be visited, when the "golden" process would be defined and the cores that were getting phased out in each of the 4 timelines.Cores were lumped by geography as HCL hoped that meant they had similar processes/challenges. It was a very thorough and professional presentation as if it was the plan they pitched to Xerox.

Plans change so there's no way to know how accurate the timeline is or even the scope of work based on some of the follow up meetings that have happened but it does appear that HCLs initial offshore vision was very aggressive.

I also saw the document that was posted on HCL site in error and there are 4 waves. HCL is outsourcing 100% of our jobs. If you do not believe it, you will soon find out. Our jobs will be sent offshore to Guatemala and India and the SME's will be asked to travel to train their replacements.

I call BS on this post... If the person who posted this actually saw something, there would have been more details. I've seen nothing so far.

It was quickly taken down. Just like the email that was withdrawn from HCL this morning. These guys have a lot of covering up to do.

What I heard it was posted for public knowledge through HCL employee email, but you just needed to know where to look. Wow!
