Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Conteversial Post

I have been to 2 companies, previously before joining State Farm that have some changes. The first company I was with made a series of changes, but when the changes started to hurt the company brand, they cancelled the changes and took a hard look to see how to make the company better now the company is now an industry leader. The second company I was with had a five billion dollar loss in one year, did they panicked.....no, did they lay off people like crazy......no, they stopped all projects and they looked at ways to make the company better. Both companies had great CEOs that admitted to their mistakes and was not afraid to change course and realize that the changes were not working and was hurting morale. I think the top people at State Farm are either scared, too proud or dont care how the changes that they are implementing are hurting the "State Farm Brand", customer relations and employee morale. I dont know what the goal of all of this is. But State farm chased away a lot of loyal customers and good employees.

Yes, I realized what you were doing. I figured it was more helpful to just get you admit to being a troll rather than hoping you'd admit it outright. So thanks.

Actually I was just ripping on the OPs inability to put together a coherent sentence.

Previous poster: Why are you assuming all three companies mentioned in the OP were not in the United States? Are you saying that in the united states, companies are forced to be stupid?

Or are you just trolling for clicks and page views to drive up ad revenue, per usual?

Yes, but this is the United State and things are done differently here.
