The actions from the top are SICKENING! Where is MB today? Come and get a front row seat for your "show". Open seating, escorting people to conf rooms, shuttle busses, metro cars escorting people out. Sad and sick. This MASS termination could have been prevented. MB needs to STEP DOWN!!! Don't preach integrity MB. Don't ask for people to work casual overtime. Same as 2008, this could have been handled in a better way.

A slow and steady reduction of low performers over the course of the year. Promoting and encouraging early retirements to those with 30+. And oh, I don't know, not hiring a bunch, and then firing a bunch, and then you wait and see, they'll hire a bunch within the next 6 months. Retain your talent, and to a better job of hiring in the first place. And if you are going to a mass termination, just call me at home on a Sun night and tell me not to come in the next day. Have me drop my stuff off somewhere if I want my severance. Better than the sh!t show that's going down today.
