Im my class 2.5 years ago low was 58k high was 72K....you can get 4 or 7% raises every 6 months dependent on performance
I started at the WTC in 2016 as a 5B at $63k.
In 2017 was promoted to a different group to 5A and $70k.
I had 2 interviews for level 6 jobs in 2018. None of the other guys in my group tried to better themselves and did not try to get promoted.
I was the only one of my group of 9 let go Monday :(
NCH in IT starts at $64,800
@Xs7R6k4-rvk If they start at 65k, they’ll end up at around 84k at the end of the three year program assuming they get every 4.4% raise every six months. Those with graduate degrees start higher.
The current NCH in IT is 65k when they start the program. By the time they leave and assuming they get every 4.4% raise it’ll be almost 100k. Supposedly they raised the NCH starting salary every 2 years though so there could be people almost at their 3 years who won’t be close to 100k when they leave the program.
Would a salaried technician begin as a 5 or 6 ? I was contract and almost hired I thought until I was blocked by my manager , I'm sure beginning pay scale is different for individual but just curious for future reference , if I ever get back I'd like to know , thank you if anyone out there may know.
