This is horrible. I’ve been with the company 30 years and I always feel like I’m next to go. I am a valuable asset and they look at my like a cost. My age + years of service is 90, is that lucrative? This company is a sick psychological experiment

Help Desk isn't really IT. It has been outsourced like many functions which IT really has no control over. There aren't many employees left in IT as it has been being dismantled and going offshore. It is easy to be critical looking from the outside without knowing the details of the inside. But then again everyone has an opinion....
