Good job TT

Under the bumbling “leadership” of their CEO, the track record of decisions, stock performance and monumental loss in market cap, does any else find the WIN shorthand and ticker for this company ironic and or inapopriate? I saw on another site a request to change the ticker to LOOSE
"Sorry to see all the employees get pimped. Good luck to all of you."
The employees need to all file a lawsuit against TT and his Zombies for running this company into the ground. Answers are needed why these decisions were made, can't have a 'oops, we goofed - business as usual' on Stream.
People need to be held accountable - TT and his executive team made horrible decision after decision for this company. Maybe this was their plan after all - they had a dartboard in Little Rock and threw the dart on what to buy next to crash the company.
They will walk away still with millions - that is criminal and they need all to go to prison. But since they gave money to many political figures that created the laws in their favor, they will never go to jail.
Employees need to make their voices heard to garner attention for this, a lot of lives are devastated as people gave many years of their working lives and hard earned savings into this company. This can't be dusted away under the carpet.
Employees - stand up and fight back by reporting all the wrong doings to the SEC. Make your voices heard and also demand more investigations into this.
It is currently 78 cents. Don't you know that former CEO J.G. is laughing his a$$ off, and rightfully so!!
Town hall meeting call with Tony Thomas around May 2018... TT said when questioned about the stock value " I'm the largest private share holder of Windstream stock and I'm not concerned about the stock price". Two weeks prior he posts on STREAM "It time to pull the goalie". Needless to say I resigned a couple weeks later.
Sorry to see all the employees get pimped. Good luck to all of you.
The people that work at the company are great - hope they all land great positions elsewhere and everyone just remembers this all as a bad memory 10 years from now
Don’t you love it when people making millions of dollars impact thousands of people with their arrogant decisions. Double TT will cause people to lose their home, be short money and struggle while he has millions of dollars. His arrogance has negatively impacted and will continue to impact at least 10,000 people.
Great job. I bet you don’t lose your appetite while people lose jobs and you’re eating
steak using the corporate jet.
And all of you who believe your going to appeal or survive deserve to go down for being a mental midget.
Can I get a high 5 from all the accountants and lawyers for the awesome work they’ve done. Great decisions!
Lay people off and backfill with double the staff. How many VP do you have with more than 6 direct reports.
You could have 2 VPs East and West. You guys have more VPs than real Fortune 500 companies.
They’ll be bankrupt in less than 30days.
Some of you need to subscribe to grammarly.
Waiting to die
So when is layoffs ?
Sad
Well said. I am not a legal or financial expert by any means but there has had to be some sort of illegal corruption going on with this group since the beginning. Why wouldn't the board of directors take action YEARS ago to address what has been going on with our leadership? It just doesn't add up.
Sold everything out of Windstream/Uniti several years ago, best financial decision I made.
Tony Thomas became CEO on Dec 12, 2014. The stock was $68.47 a share. What a Great leader.
" How much money in market cap has the ceo lost since taking over?"
With all the stock market turmoil from about 10 years ago, WIN stock didn't drop drastically, it had its ups and downs, but still did well. More than likely because you had JG at the helm, and he didn't push the wrong buttons MOST of the time, though the Paetec/Nuvox deal was on his watch.
After Tony The Clown took over, the stock price went down quickly - and the stock market itself was going through the roof. I feel sorry for the employees and many shareholders (not the executives) who invested so much money into this stock back when it was a good deal, and now to see it worthless.
It will be interesting the next few years to see what slimes its way out of Little Rock in regards to what really led to the downfall of this company, a lot of people will be curious, especially those that were made aware of what they tried pulling off when the judge laughed at WIN and said 'pay up'.
Looks like the market caught wind of Windstream prepping for Chapter 11.
I think it’s closer to $2 Billion lost, but who’s counting
At least he is short, he can take off his platform shoes and dissapear into a crowd
What is that adjusted for the five to one split? Just kidding it’s about 20 cents. How much money in market cap has the ceo lost since taking over? Like a Billion dollars? And they paid him to do it. Id move out of Little Rock quick and get into the witness protection program if i was him
It has to stay below a dollar for 30 consecutive days to be delisted.
30 days
How long does it have to stay under to get delisted.
$0.95 at close.
great leadership TT, he led us all to bankruptcy.
