Our office has heard that any new buyout offers will have a increase amount of $8000 per year of service versus $2200 and they will add 5 years of service. This rumor is spreading fast and please can anyone shed any light to this. I think it’s ridiculous but please help

Is this rumor a Union thing only ?
I heard something similar....comparable to the management VSP when they gave them 3 weeks pay for every year, they were going to give the associates 2200x3=6600 per year of service. No 50,000 added, just 6600 per year. 1st quarter (February offer-off payroll March).
No way will that happen. Anything beyond the enhanced ISP has to be negotiated with the union
