Ego, title and numbers is the new management training for this position. All are afraid to tell their boss where to stick it.
Every new manager is looking for numbers, but has no experience in this field. That just took the GE management roll with more responsibility for way less money to send junk out the door. It continues today managers don’t care about quality just numbers.
