The T-Rates protected us from the layoffs, soon there will be 450-500 members left in 273. The D Rates will make all the money and no whining from the t rates about no pension, $10 less an hour. Back to business with these unskilled managers who don’t fallow methods and ignore the build specs on these jobs. Soon our customers will know the junk we put out then by 2020 the plant will close the year I retire. Sweet deal for me to beef up my retirement.
