Final commissions payments after being laid off

I have been impacted and to be fair, Cisco has provided severance, PTO and ESPP payments/refund in a timely fashion. But I am having a difficult time getting information on final commission payments. Has anyone else experienced this? All they have is a email link to send your inquiry--no phone number to call for updates. Advice?

You' re right. Was eventually given an email reply with a date for payment, but no confirmation of amount to be paid. Will have to wait to see what they send.

They wont tell you anything. You will get paid, eventually. Usually takes 3 to 4 months from sepration date and is 80% of what it would have been.

HR directs me to the commissions email alias, therefore, my original question, @WH51hKn-1rkq.

It depends what plan you are on. I don’t know about a sales plan but on P&LI it will be paid on the usual schedule, pro-rated for when you left.
