Any word on the remaining cash office associates? The WalMart side completely eliminated cash office associates and now managers/CSM do it.

I work in cash office. I had a manager tell me that, that is the only area he's NOT heard about them cutting. We were one of the ones that lost their PTC. I thank the Lord that this part time job is not our only income. When they start cutting the process of how the accounting days work, that will be when I make my move to get out. They give enough "warning" by changing policies without telling you directly they are ridding of an area. PTC's had plenty of changes happening over the past months. The writing is on the wall. I won't dedicate myself to a company that only offers me 4 hour shifts 3 or 4 days a week.
It was eliminated on the WMT side about a month ago.
I have been with Sam’s for 34 years, they never promised us forever. With that being said, I really thought if you worked hard and did not call in you would be safe. NO ONE is safe, they will always be looking to cut back. As much as I think I’m ready for this, I’m not. It’s scary everything is different, heck my application was done on paper. No computers, good luck to everyone that will be effected. I’m walking out with my head held high, they got my best years!
When was it eliminated? Shouldn't be too much longer on Sam's side.
