This is True! DL told us this week. Stores doing less then 40K per week will go to two trucks per month. Or your 52 week average must be great than 40K.

managers check the ego! You could not be a. Manager anywhere else ! The truth is you know it! Nobody will hire you based on your skill set and experience, that is what scares everyone. Enjoy your job or leave it but stop the bashing of a great company

No class action suit can be taken ! They figured that out and had you sign arbitration letters! You can sue on your own but there is no money in it for an attorney to invest their time and assets! You can only go back 2 years and you must prove misconduct ! Just find a better environment and be happy. January 2019 will be the first round of cleansing away managers without the Rx title. You will also be required to tech 10 hours per week and their will be a report generated to track your participation on the drop off and production part, register time will not count . Your new budget will see 20 percent drop in tech hours starting Jan and fs will drop min to 170 ! Fs sales budgets reduced so that demand will go down saving payroll! Just months ago you were told of the amazing investment to be made in pay for associates. How did that work out? Give a tech dollar hour raise and loose 40 hours.

So you r working totes for two weeks? I imagine out of 300 totes you have 100 totes left over! R you placing those 100 totes on loose pick racks or bunkers in exact order on the shelves as policy requires? What do you do with all the leftover box product? How do you keep accurate boh now that lp scans them on audits?

Managers are packing away the delivery each week and setting sale/seasonal. There will be a class action law suit eventually.

Why can all the other thousands of stores get it done and you can not? Can not be that impossible! Get yourself a small sales volume store! Up to 20,000 s week is easier and your life is better!

Not sure that last person works for

Cvs . Really learn to manage???

You have no idea there's only 5 employees ... when I am at my store

To manage its me and a cashier..

There's no payroll and no body to

Delegate to ...

Interesting that a salary manager, exempt by federal law from being a part of the labor force, only talks about the amount of stock they put out and running registers! Sounds like you have no idea what a real manager of a business is suppose to do! How many totes will your lp person work on s visit or your regional person ! Learn to manage ! Sounds like you are stock person with a key!

And trust me it's not the abilities

Of the crew it's the fact that there is too much business to only have 2 fs

People working at one time ( we are not slow we are on the registers while the truck just sits there in totes

@3iun you are so right - where is solidarity among workers? We all deal with same problems.

Makes no sense.

It could have been, you're right. And getting cases done and 20 totes is significant enough. But if as a manager all you can get done in a normal shift is 20 totes, regardless of what they are, theres something wrong.

As another store manager, if you only manage 20 totes to your cashiers 8, it may be time to figure something out.

Got that big truck today .crazy big

Its going to take 4 days to finish

300 totes 300 cases. tills bumped to cover for off week double every thing like 4 cases of each of Arizona teas . 15 totes of vitamins like 12 of several different ones.Rx we will see but as for fs it's gonna be filling up back rooms bad. Who has time to work overstock every day with 2 employees at a time manager and 1 cashier and both behind register most of the day -- cashier got about

8 totes out ,I got about 20 out .

So u see I got a long way to go .

It’s been piloted before. There’s pros and cons to it. Unfortunately the company keeps forgetting that customers, thieves and PEOPLE move/steal product. Make 1 mistake and you’re doomed for 2 weeks
