Warm notices are for employers who have 100 or more employees Ge falls into that. All this doom and gloom doesn’t help anything use some logic

WARN notices are for a certain number of bodies or more. GE has been doing the slow bleed, along with targeting the older employees. WARN notices are the letter of the law. GE will break the law to their need, and pay the fine later.

Considering there is no warn notice that by law requires 60 days notice for a plant closing,for schenectady . I don’t think schenectady is one of those plants. Since there isn’t 60 days left in the year.
