I don’t see the purpose of posting these self serving immature blogs. Maybe they help to recruit more naive interns who can do simple work. But customers must be laughing at this. Cisco products are complex and customers need real information to help them. Cisco is hiring many inexperienced people while the veterans who can write about switching and routing are leaving. That’s diversity for you.
I had a laugh with the free food, Its is so imature it hurts.
Counter to these negative posts, I do actually like working at Cisco. You guys are all bashing it but I work with a bunch of nice people all focused on success. Yes layoffs are definitely distracting and can be tiring. I wish that could be erased from Cisco’s culture. But quit bashing. You’re going to find problems if you try no matter where you go.

@UvfAdQv-cxh, i was an intern, fell for cisco trap, wasted precious years of my life in cisco and did not quit for a while, and I blame myself for it badly. It has been sometime since I quit, and I really don't give a rat's a-- or miss anything about cisco even slightly. The job market is so hot and the pays so high and no decent company is constantly playing hunger games with its employees, cisco taught me one thing only: Never love ur employer. Being ethical to ur work is fine but never ever love ur company(at least that is what cisco taught me). People are treated like garbage in cisco
All fake blogs. Finally all the jobs are bound to move to Bangalore.
It must be lovely to be an intern all full of enthusiasm and expectations. Then before you know it you are a 20 year veteran having endured 2 layoffs and reorgs per year and all you can think about is getting out.
