The national and traditional ads is paying off. We are seeing more transactions. The lost due to free points is tapping off.

Big news, Leena is going back to India to run a mom and pop online store or whatever she is good at doing. Most likely she would not do anything after this; but we don't care, do we?

Eddie is throwing last billion he has to save Sears and he will step down from CEO on condition that ESL get to buy Kenmore brand. He is doing this because he realized that he's not a genius like Forbes magazine claimed so best way to recover his lost, by owning so much of SHLD stocks, is to step down.

New CEO is found, a seasoned retail expert and internal candidate. New CEO will close all stores, saved a few big city center. So far less than 50 stores identified. Online stores will no longer offer points and rewards but straight and honest lower and compatible prices on all items.

Diehard Auto Center will be off mall standing and many more will be opened.

HE building will be sold and rented back from new owner(s). We estimated number of employees will be around a thousand when come next April. Gradually we will move back to the city within five years. Moving to the suburb was a major reason we are in deep sh((. Young, creative, and energetic white folks don't wanted to move or commute to work in a corn field. Only Indian citizen and H1B people like to be in a corn field and none of them know how to run a retail company. They might pretend they know how but in reality they are one of the reason we are in deep sh.t.

Moving back to the city will give us another mojo, back to our root and our competitive work ethic.

Sears will be alright after this.

This has to be a joke...... (1wsn post about treating employees right) ....anyways another poster on one of the 8/23 threads said that they heard rumors of re-organization/layoff to occur after Labor day (sometime in September). This seems to make sense... since by then the 2nd quarter results will be published. I would guess 2Q going to be just like all the others (massive losses) and since the Kenmore deal reportedly is stuck with Pension guarantee, there are no more lifelines to be had.

The reply of @1wsn shows that there are corporate trolls on this board. They have a canned response to questions and someone hit the wrong button on this one. How far has SHC fallen when they have someone on payroll to make post on boards? Ha, ha, ha. Busted!

@1wsn that’s great and all but what has that got to do with the OP’s question?

Sears Holding Corporation know how to treat employees right. They provide the proper training to management which ensures the team and workday is ran productively. The training class within my position was 8 weeks and by the end of the session we were all confident in our ability to do our job. We able to hit the grass running. Sears is a very inclusive company which provides many benefits, activities, charity, tuition discounts, and more to show that the work of their employees are appreciated. If ever given an opportunity to work for them, please do!
