@TlYazMf-2zeb, the Department of Education and the HLC don't care about the decline in educational quality. But you ought to tell Richard Pollock at the Daily Caller about the situation. If there is any chance to turn this around, there needs to be more transparency.

I am in Phoenix and there is panic behind the ivory doors. Enrollment is plummeting and there isn't a clue on how to stem the tide. Faculty are being slashed- those who haven't taught in the last 6 months are done. There is no consideration for a quality. Too many faculty phone it in- have pre-written posts, never respond in a discussion and gloss over grading. I have heard this many times from students. Admin does not care about quality- they want tuition dollars and that's it. A UOPX degree is a sham- sad to say it is worthless. I don't really know how to turn things around but there needs to be a focus on the faculty- dump those who phone it in regardless of their credentials.

the fake degree business is dead. word got out that you cant get a job with a fake degree.

We are far from it but closing and reductions is not an answer, it’s a reaction. As for keeping good staff, lol, no effort is being made to keep people. We just let them walk.
