The Farm was once a great place to go into and walk out of happy. People enjoyed the good ol' days of the company. Things change, management shuffles. We entrust the Board of Directors to represent the company. The proverbial "torch" is passed on, we've had some great Leaders (not business operators, managers ) - Leaders who cared about the company and the people who were running the show.
Now, with all unreasonable and futile metrics, State Farm turned into a massive assembly line of numbers, everyone is a number, you need to move faster, there's no room for individual thinking, creativity, common sense.
As for Tipsy - I have five words: your layoff day will come too!
