I GTFO of the Q almost 3 years ago because I saw that the company wasn't going anywhere.

I also quit about 4.5 years ago. For my troubles I was rewarded with a salary that is literally 120% higher than it was as a Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm (I know because I submitted my taxes yesterday).

Why do you keep coming back to this board?
They’re trapped in San Diego until something else comes along. Other companies in the area are probably still weary of the ex-Q people who theoretically wanted to go back to Q at some point.
Come to the Bay Area. For all the expenses, I’ve never ever had a better manager than I do today..
