The good old fashion pass the buck routine blame someone else for your mistakes! Harassing badgering of the workers to get them to quit. GE is a real slime ball company! I’m glad I got laid off a few times
Well if watch some of the movies made about Edison or read history books. You will quickly see GE operates in similar manner at GRC as Edison did when he founded the company. Hire and acquire other people’s inventions and market them or keep them bottled up to ensure no one copies them for their benefit. Many inventions never see a parent due to strategic marketing.
Ol' Tom learned the hard way that every dog has his day.
Thomas Edison was the first employee screwed over by GE. J.P. Morgan bought up the stock, changed the name to General Electric and forced ol' Tom to the curb. Current management is trained in the founding image.
Actually, the GE of today is very on point to Thomas Edison. Ol' Tommy was a pro at taking credit for other peoples' inventions. He was the king of spin with only a bit of substance.
