Not getting along with my boss. How easy is it to get fired? Will there be an official warning letter before hand then a few months trial period known as PIP in some other firms (Big 4 usually).
We have had talks here and there, but nothing concrete or in writing.

Start disagreeing with your boss and tell him/her they are incompetent (which if he works at Pepsi he probably is)
Go against their liberal agenda with remarks like 'I think men and women are different' and 'I think it's wrong to replace Americans with H1Bs', or 'I don't believe in diversity'
Miss mandatory meetings with HR.
Ask someone in HR out on a date or say 'you look good today' (works better if you're male)
Be a high performer and so good at your job that the nitwits at Pepsi feel threatened and fire you.
Start stealing the VPs lunch from the refrigerator.
Better yet, steal it and eat it right in front of them.
Bring a bottle of booze to work and enjoy yourself.
Continue to miss 1 on 1 meetings and always have an obviously bogus excuse.
Reach a certain age (looks like 50)
Of course if you're one of the chosen ones at Pepsi you'll just get a slap on the wrist for any or all of the above. If not your wish will come true.

Become old. That should do the trick. They praise themselves for diversity while getting rid of people over 50.
In PepsiCo, all you need to do is get on the wrong side of HR or compliance. HR has unbelievable power.
