The other thread where March 13 layoffs are supposed to be discussed has been completely derailed and I can't sift through over 240 replies for some actual info.
Any chance we can get people to post concrete info in this thread? How many, what departments, anything that's pertaining to actual layoffs?

Amy from HR has 3 days booked in Outlook in Raleigh starting Monday. Back in October it was only one day.

I checked FTL bookings and haven't found anything serious. There's one booking on Wed but that can't possibly be enough for anything large-scale.

They are doing the layoffs differently this time around. You’ll see 2-3 ppl. let go, here and there. They’ve smarten up and realize a mass layoff of 800-1000 ppl. has really impacted the company’s image with partners and customers. Not to mention, they can hire or retain top talent. But won’t be confused layoff have been going on for a while but will ramp up starting next week.

The ELT can address this by giving a tax plan bonus, employee training and being honest with employees so they can regain credibility.
Check conference room booking via Outlook to see if there are several booked by HR in more than one building in more than one floor... That would tell you how close to smack down you are. That's how it went down in October.
