Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

DIVERSITY IS NOT STRENGTH

We are going to get popped with layoffs while other companies are giving bonuses and expanding. Why? I've seen a lot at here in my long tenure and it's glory days are LONG GONE. From the top of leadership this company lives in a fantasy world.

So lets get this straight THE LESS WE HAVE IN COMMON THE STRONGER WE ARE? DOES ANYONE BELIEVE THIS Sh--?

The imported ethnic groups here sure don't since they love to scratch each others back and gang up on others who aren't part of their little clique. YOUR BIAS IS OBVIOUS.

Your teams could say whatever they want about diversity but its more apparent by the office lanes of one female and one person of color in each row, followed by a white counterpart in leadership. Every single team has this setup, it's hilarious. We see through your sad attempts at bullsh&t cultural adoption.

The cotton fields have been swapped to fields of drone keyboard clickers on large dual screens.

That poster is not a white male and probably doesn't even have an mba, sounds like a bunch of fake facts. A lot of us are tired of being preached to about 'diversity'

We don't like having the divisive favoritism/identity politics sh-- in the workplace. Everyone calls them a mafia why do you think that is? Everyone knows what's happening even if they aren't saying anything.

People in their sh-- hole countries still want to come here. So what if they're on the rise? They go from sh-- hole to a slightly less sh-- hole. India is on the rise and Delhi is choking on the air pollution. 70% of households don't have toilets and 60% defecate in the open.

Oh but they're really great places. Welcome to PepsiCo

@1azf

Hit a nerve didn't I? What about the second part of "The case rate among non-U.S.–born persons (14.7 cases per 100,000 persons) was approximately 14 times higher than among U.S.-born persons (1.1 cases per 100,000 persons)."

So the chances are 14 TIMES HIGHER THAT A FOREIGN PERSON STARTED THE TB OUTBREAK AT PARKWOOD. Since the site looks like bangalore, I'd bet it wasn't a us citizen.

And nobody gives a sh-- that you have an MBA (if you really do) With the information you're giving out you're just helping people identify who you are which shows you're not too smart.

@1OGC

You are such a f---ing idiot. Ever hear of such a thing called herd immunity? If 68% of new cases are non-natives, 32% are from good old ‘mericans such as my Texas-born, middle aged, MBA having, white male self. Hardly eradicated, and getting worse because of f---nuts like yourself. My point stands.

as stupid as they think the USA is, they still all want to come here, why don't they go to China, Russia or Saudi Arabia any of these other wonderful countries that are "on the rise" ? Woman can finally drive in Saudi Arabia ! and it's only 2018 and the world didn't come to an end...welcome to the modern world...

@1yub you need to go back to your 3rd world country and get a better education.

THEY RARELY VACCINATE FOR TB IN THE US BECAUSE IT'S PRETTY MUCH ERADICATED DUMB A--.

"In 2016, a total of 68.5% of reported TB cases in the United States occurred among non-U.S.–born persons. The case rate among non-U.S.–born persons (14.7 cases per 100,000 persons) was approximately 14 times higher than among U.S.-born persons (1.1 cases per 100,000 persons)."

Or or or... maybe someone got tuberculosis because some dipshit p--n star convinced a generation of like minded dipshits that getting their children immunized somehow gave her kid autism. Spoiler alert... it didn’t. And plot twist... her little snowflake didn’t even have autism after all, he’s just an odd little fellow.

We can look down our noses all we want on these “third world countries”... they are on the rise, we are crumbling.

Indian mafia chinese mafia and liberal europeans all working together to drain US dollars and send them back home. Sounds like your countries have plenty of problems with sanitation, economic bubbles, and migrant invasions. Do us a favor and go home.

and remember Parkwood is where they had someone with Tuberculosis ! I wonder where that came from ? all these diseases previously eradicated in the USA are all coming back and endangering everyone, another reason not to be happy with Pepsico and their globalization-at-any-cost agenda

@tee is on the money. Get rid of the people who have been here sitting on their asses for 15+ years in the same office who DO NOT contribute any value. It's rare that I've seen a B1+ who I was impressed with. Most are just outdated dinosaurs getting fat on the companys dime

There are folks who basically worked at the same location in the same function through their entire career and are the real blockers for real potential folks. Those should be targeted.

You are referring to the India mafia. I would support diversity if it truely represented the population.
