Been employed for 10 years, I am getting 23 weeks PAID out at end of march AND, I am on paid leave for Feb and March while I search for another job. All benefits remain the same during paid leave, including eligible for the yearly bonus. Not too shabby.

Is there some company helping you find your next job? I thought that was part of the benefits. Who is it because I figure I will need it next.
Does it amount to roughly 1.8 million, about what you'd have made as a co over the span of 30 years? No?
