Anybody knows how many of the announced layoffs will be in the US? Kimberly-Clark is a big company, and I'm thinking that laying off those in countries with better benefits that cost more will be the way they'll go.
I still might be wrong, because at the same time, they have better protections and it might be more difficult to cut those jobs. In any case, any idea how many of the announced 5k+ will be from here?
The first closure is the Fullerton Ca. Mill that employs over 400 employees.

The future of around 1,600 UK jobs has been thrown into doubt after the owner of Andrex toilet tissue and Huggies nappies unveiled a swingeing cost-cutting drive.
Kimberly-Clark plans to slash between 5,000 and 5,500 roles from its 43,000-strong global workforce, the equivalent of 12% to 13% of total staff.
The Texas-based personal care giant has three UK manufacturing sites in Barrow-in-Furness, Flint and Northfleet, as well as offices in Reigate, West Malling and Brighton.

i think it'll be linear (e.g., if x% of revenue is in the us, the part of the overall cut in the us will be x%) - it'll probably be more complicated than this but i think the us will carry a heavy brunt of FORCE & GR
