Greenville - Manufacturing Staff

I have lost all trust and respect for the Greenville Plant manager and his staff. The staff is just as clueless as their boss. They continue to be disconnected and do not understand the basics of what we do. I'm finished with trying to teach them what I do. We need leaders that understand what we do and provide leadership. The entire staff needs to be replaced including the facilities leader and mr. Wiesel himself.

No worries. With the GE break up anoucment. Sudbeck will be sure to make some great recommendations to right the ship in his direction. Just like the Titanic. Grab a life boat while there still available. He’ll besure to throw someone off so he has a seat.

You couldn't have said it better @RflKc5K-1vgh. When you give someone power who has bad intentions against people who don't agree with him, unless they play his game. You create a disease within your company. That's where its at and that's how it's gonna crumble. Lots of talent lost here at Greenville and not for the better. The ones who stayed are the COE leaders picks. Not the ones who deserve the job or who will do the best job. You can tell the hiring process was a great staged performance once again. The spineless stay in and agree to everything their leaders say and never have an opinion or dare to challenge them. At some point you gotta ask yourself what is life if you just go through it and never stand for anything? The morale here is as low as GE's stock. To really start over you gotta look at your top management and unfortunately they shuffle plant managers so much you would lose to much knowledge in the process of getting rid of them. So what do we do we continue on the same way but now its even more evident at how its being run because business is down and everything is under the microscope, before all these sorry excuse for so called leaders wasn't an issue. But now even they are on the hot seat and it is nice to see them squirm a little. In conclusion "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power".

The Greenville staff is all scum. And scum sticks together just like the ring of scum in your bath tub.

mr. Wiesel himself is a piece of @&$? He knows nothing other then stepping on the little people. It’s people like him him influence the the plant manager into making decisions that he feels are for the better of the business. GE Greenville has lost a tremendous amount of talent this past layoff. It’s all about who you know. In the end those of us that got tossed will be better off in the long run. Sudbeck will get his day. It will be the best decision GE will make when the time comes.

The current Greenville staff is not even interested in learning as they know they are short timers. They do not care about the talent they’ve flushed out. It’s all about their next role, not their current one. GE’s terminal spiral will continue with these clowns leading the place.

Sadly, it’s not just at the Greenville location. The real problem as has been said over and over on these forums is the know little to nothing managers and team leaders. Everyone wants to tweak things to put their stamp on things before they are whisked to a higher position, peons be damned.
