We aren’t closing the ring fence stores. We are acquiring a line of credit against them.

Amazon wants to keep those in the deal.

@qzn a list WAS put out in November when the properties were released but you are correct it was probably the same list that was originally put out when the properties became REMIC and protected from 3/16. I never said a NEW list. So your right you feel better now?

Some of those are in good malls, such as Novi (Twelve Oaks), Dearborn (Fairlane), and Grandville (RiverTown), while Traverse City is in a demalled mall that also used to have Kmart (Cherryland)

I don't think all the ring fenced stores need to be closed to fund the pension. It depends on how much they are sold for, also some could continue to operate under a lease.
