When asked in the town hall about the kindred lawsuit PTguy lied and said he didn't know anything about it. If he honestly didn't know that's tantamount to incompetence. In his role, that should be something at the top of his list. If he did know, then he was caught out in an obvious lie. I was willing to give the guy the benefit of the doubt before, but not now. He's either completely incompetent or a total liar. Which is it? Is he unfit for the job or just untrustworthy?

After a year of reading this site I do believe Humana has made a grave mistake. They fired the wrong group. They should have fired the moaning, complaining whiners who continue to post on this site with their stupid inane questions and conspiracy theories.

Perhaps idiots, he is not at liberty to discuss it since its a lawsuit. He answers to people above him. Yes he could have just stated that, but come on. All you do is look for stuff to complain about!
