Rules of the game

No one can argue that getting laid off is an extremely painful event for the person + family.

On the other hand, this is capitalism. With its pros & cons. Everybody knows the rules of the game. Don’t think we can blame companies who operate under a system by which we agreed to (and benefited). Hope for successful new beginnings for those that are no longer with the company. Stay strong.
