everyone that had to re interview are waiting to hear if they have a job. Nobody gives a hoot about GE.

Suggestion

Why don't they give good employees $89,000 a month severance for 20 years like they gave some E-Band leaders who got fired for screwing up the businesses. Having an empty private plane waiting while they travel, at share holder and employee expense could also improve morale?

Do you think this would help morale at Greenville?

@2ltl I’ve not heard of any from last week. We all feel like we’re sitting on a ticking time bomb though...we know it’s coming, just don’t know when. Names have been submitted to HR (this is fact, not speculation) but we don’t know how many.

@coa, 50 in 60 was only 50% new large unit sales market share in 60 months, not overall sale, not installed base, not do we have to stay above 50% after.

We achieved it in one quarter in 2015 (or was it late 2014?) and nobody gave a hoot about it after -- they were busy taking trips to Europe "to prepare for a seamless integration of Alstom".

I was able to convince my manager that a team mate was the source of a massive software design failure...he is now gone. Thankfully that saved my a-- since I am buddy/buddy with my boss and he took my word.

Afaik, 50 in 60 was not achieved. The criteria was to attain 50% of the market share in 60 months from when the goal was announced. If we were at 50% market share, we wouldn't be getting laid off and beat up.

We are constantly bombarded with leadership lies with political slants. No transparency. Of course they want transparency from us. I’m thinking about bombarding the media with anonymous leads to watch the leaders squirm. The media is their cryptonite. Especially if they are armed with key details relative to leadership deception.

The campus, the old brick buildings contrasting with the new. The reserved parking lot behind Building 37 where they park their company paid cars. The cafeteria with the salad bar and desk top services to help. The auditorium, the stage, where so much was learned. The back elevators that were shut when the big guys came to town. The sound of machinery running, the smell of the plant, the sunset over the brick power plant int he back of the property. Schenectady, New York 12345 A place with it's own zip code.
