@1ikk Everyone has the opportunity to go to college, get a degree, and move to a salary position in which you could cast your infinite wisdom and experience onto your peers and team. I did it while working a full time hourly role and then did just that, moved up to a salary position when I finished. GE even offers tuition benefits, albeit less now, but it's something. Instead, you push buttons and/or turn wrenches. Nothing wrong with that, without those jobs GE wouldn't function. My point is, only you control your destiny. Are some of/many of the program kids arrogant jerks, yes, but don't let them bring you down. Change yourself, change GE.

Waiting for a big one in Greenville for Gas Turbine engineering and sourcing. We’ve lost about 400 people so far this year (March and again June/July). Hearing another 30% or so but who knows?
