Seems to have gone very quiet. I would have thought that with all their super fast computers, Gallup would have processed the results ages ago.

SLB is not honest enough to show you the results in context, such as the fact that it scores on bottom 1/5th of every metric, or how the scores relates to industry peers - the ones where executive management are judged to be perform at 75th percentile therefore justifying their pay.
Or, this year, that the scores are down across the board.
So simply they tell you "these are our 2 highest scores". Just like, "Hitler was a terrible dude but here are his 2 best traits"
Doesn't take a genius to figure out.

@OP: results were in and processed right at the minute the survey closed. The delay is just for preparing a communication plan (example from last year: "we did better than 20% of the surveyed companies" instead of "we are in the bottom 20%") and move managers around in locations where the situation may get explosive.
Last year our CEO triggered the survey because he was believing that the oil industry was at an all-time low. By selecting the worst-possible baseline he was assuming that results would mechanically improve year-on-year along with the oil market recovery. An easy win.
The bet didn't quite pay off and this year the transparency exercise will be difficult: we may not want investors to get the full picture of the results, and they will sorely contradict the "best run company in the world" motto.
Some possible outcomes :

Results will be released at the team level but wider compiled results (per segment/whole company) will not be communicated.

A skewed comparison will be made, for example by lumping "first time responders" and others in the same category (2nd or Nth time responders usually do much better)
In the end, if the survey responses are overly negative it won't be reconducted next year. So Gallup has a vested interest into delivering positive results.
